Tomasz is the highly motivated CEO of AirHelp with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in complex and high-growth environments. He has driven major business transformation and growth projects globally.

He has led multichannel retailer Studio Moderna as Global Director of Operations and then as Regional Executive Director for the CEE region. Previously, he gathered experience at Toyota Motors Corporations in its global HQ in Japan and Europe.

Tomasz holds an MSc degree from Silesian University of Technology, an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Belgium, and an Advanced MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford.

Before becoming the CEO of AirHelp, Tomasz served as Chief Operations & Chief Technology Officer within the same company.

As Chief Legal Officer at AirHelp, Eric leads the company’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance while driving innovation in the legal landscape of air passenger rights. He plays a crucial role in shaping policies that protect travelers and enhance AirHelp’s global operations, within Europe and abroad.

With extensive expertise in international law and business strategy, Eric has streamlined legal processes, strengthened regulatory frameworks, and optimized risk management within AirHelp.

His leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex legal challenges, championing rights, and maintaining AirHelp’s position as a global leader in air passenger compensation.

Beyond AirHelp, Eric shares his knowledge as an Associate Professor at IE Business School, where he teaches business strategy to law students and practicing attorneys. His academic contributions reflect his deep understanding of the intersection between law, business, and innovation.

Eric has over 20 years' experience, including in the travel tech industry, the travel industry, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal strategy, making him a key asset to AirHelp’s mission of improving the travel experience for not just passengers but for the entire industry.

His forward-thinking approach continues to drive growth, efficiency, and consumer protection in the aviation industry. Outside work, Eric enjoys the trials and tribulations of raising three children, reading, writing, playing padel, and trying to recreate his grandmother’s recipes.

Erika is an air passenger rights expert and legal contact for external law firms worldwide, advising on litigation strategy for flight delay, cancellation, and denied boarding disputes while maintaining AirHelp's database of court rulings. She has also drafted regulatory guides that helped AirHelp investigate new markets across multiple continents and represents AirHelp in policy discussions, submitting regulatory input to authorities around the world. Erika firmly believes that passengers shouldn't need a law degree of their own just to get what they're owed.
